For each Alertpay transaction such as loading onto Kooday, Alertpay has charged me a separate .45 cent charge. Is this normal? Does Alertpay charge everytime you do a transaction? Paypal didnt charge when you purchased something. If someone who is more familiar with Alertpay could let me know I would appreciate it.

As far as I know there is a fee table over at AlertPay.

Any fee outside this table I consider a fee from the merchant (which the merchant could charge for the reason they are being charged themselves for receiving your money through AlertPay).
